These were held at my studio located downtown Pensacola, Florida
I have to admit, I was a little scared to throw glitter around in my studio with ages ranging from 6mo-10 years old. However, that quickly diminished once I saw the magic and joy it was creating for these children. Yes, I got pounded in the face with glitter and had it covering every inch of me but actually it was pretty easy to clean up. A vacuum and wipes do wonders 🙂 {All newborn props are and remain glitter free, lol} It was a little sad, however, once the session was over and the kids had to stop playing. They were crying to do more. Literally, lol.

Oh yea… You’re probably wondering what this dude is doing in here, lol. Actually, his mama signed him to take a slot for his Senior Pictures. I had no problem with that. I of course joked with him that if he WANTED to throw some glitter he could, lol. He respectfully declined. I photographed him 3 years ago and now he looks like a man! A handsome one at that! I know he will go far in life and super glad I got to photograph one last time before he is released into the world.

Was interesting to see who was okay with getting dirty and who couldn’t stand the texture of it. ALL of them eventually got their hands into it. I showed a few of them the back of the camera of them blowing the glitter and you should have seen their eyes light up. Overall the kids were well behaved and I’m so glad I decided to offer these. I look forward to the next time!
