Okay FINALLY doing this.  I’ve been avoiding an “about me” page for years.  Honestly, I do not like talking about myself this much; however, it’s the first thing I admit checking out on other websites no matter what the trade.  You want to see who it is you are investing in and introducing your family to.  I get it.  So here it goes…

 

Born and raised in Gulf Breeze, Florida, I’m a TOTAL beach girl!  I’m a mother of 3 GORGEOUS children: Wyatt 7, Georgia 5 and Jackson 2.  Life’s crazy.  Good crazy.

 

I’m super passionate about capturing true genuine emotion.  I speak fluent 2-year-old and obsessed with getting THE shot.  I aim to make art on every session but also give you the traditional all-looking-at-the-camera-smiling shot (genuinely, of course).

My clients become to good friends in most cases.  From the moment you contact me to the delivery of images, I do my best to make each and every client feel special.  Setting up a session with me is no guessing game on what to do.  I provide a style guide and prep packet and have some type of consultation (not gonna lie, most of it is via email and text), but I hold your hand throughout the entire process.

Random Facts about me:

I have a B.A. in Art Education from University of West Florida and taught art to 8th graders at Holley Navarre Middle School before I had children.

I’m 35 years old

LOVE to tent camp deep in the woods

Go to the beach with my kids at least once a week if not 2-3x

Self admitted control freak

I’m off on Tuesdays and Thursdays to have quality time with my youngest during the day and play soccer mom at night for the older two.

My favorite meal is prepared by my fabulous husband:  Chicken fajitas quesadillas with an ice cold IPA.  Don’t forget the chips and salsa.

I’m a gear junkie.  Too much gear for one person.  Wish I had more time to play it all.

Still working on balancing this thing we call life.

UPDATE!

 

We are expecting a baby boy March 2017!!

So, you can see my Georgia was a little disappointed, lol.  It was the saddest cutest thing I’d ever seen.  She got over it the next day once I place a newborn boy onsie in her arms.  She’s just glad we are getting a baby 🙂
